In the first two weeks of your Invoy journey, you'll attend a live orientation and find your baseline. This helps us understand your metabolism and create a personalized weight management plan. Life changes, but Invoy adapts with you as you evolve, providing lifelong support for sustainable habits.

During the first 14 days (the Profile Phase), we establish a clear metabolic baseline by temporarily reducing carbohydrate and sugar intake. This allows us to assess your body’s response to food and personalize your weight management plan.
Answer the daily reflection
Run a breath test
Stick to the food guidelines

For most people, achieving and sustaining a score of 4 means that they are using stored body fat for energy. We want you to get there by Day 7.

Once the 14 days are over, your Program Analyst will send you a set of recommendations that will include key insights for what works the best for your body and matches as close to your lifestyle as possible.
Goal: Lose Weight
Principle: Intermittent Fasting
Accelerants: Walking, No soda

After calibration, we will have a shared understanding of what factors influence your scores. You will be encouraged to attend a Profile Day (a virtual class or watch a video module) where you will learn the basics of your Invoy program, and follow your new program’s guidance for the next few weeks.

After completing 14 days of a low carbohydrate program, the next step is to speak with your Analyst to review and discuss your profile and your progress. From there, you’ll decide together which of the following food programs best suit your needs over the next 30 days.

Every 30 days, we will schedule a “refresh day” and arrange a shipment for your Invoy supplies to be replenished. At Invoy, every day, we give you dynamic feedback on your fat metabolism. But every month, we revisit your goals and the best way to achieve your goals — which usually means making small tweaks or bold changes.
